“Coming to Believe”, Part 1. This Sunday features the famous story of "doubting Thomas" (John 20:19-31). Next week, we follow two disciples along the road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13-35) as they unwittingly meet up with the risen Lord. Isn't it striking that both stories focus on how the disciples of Jesus -- not the broader public -- come to belief in the Christ?
