Coming and Going. A popular English phrase. Wiktionary's definition: "A general bustle of activity of a specified person or group." A phrase befitting the discipleship of the 20th century church institutional.
Yet, if we listen closely to this Sunday's scriptures from Acts and John, we hear echoes of a 21st century church calling reversing that phrase. A calling less about the Church Temple and more about God's Tribe entire.
